Work for us
Dozens of teachers trained on CELTA, DELTA and young learners training courses at Cambridge School have subsequently been employed by us. Cambridge School prioritises candidates for teaching posts trained at our centre over other teachers with equivalent qualifications, skills and (if applicable) experience.
We offer teachers excellent pay and conditions including guaranteed salaries and stable contracts. We also offer continued post-CELTA professional development as part of our in-house teacher training and development programme. Moreover, as a large school and teacher training centre, we frequently have training and managerial positions ideal for DELTA qualified teachers. Of our seven centres, three are managed by teachers trained at Cambridge School.
Teachers employed at Cambridge School after they have trained with us have the added advantage of working at a school whose ethos and team are already familiar to them.
As well as recruiting teachers to work in our own schools, Cambridge School also recruits teachers to work on residential young learner Summer Camps in Spain in June and July. The British Summer Max Camps
programmes offer teachers the chance to work with children and teenagers on a mix of English classes and outdoor activities in Catalonia, Asturias and Menorca. Teachers trained at our school have priority in recruitment over other similarly qualified teachers.
